Client: MTV Location: Rockefeller Center Event: VMA's Red Carpet Walk
Event Info:
The planning began in
April with contact between Miller's and Ed Devaney, the
producer . Planning continued with site surveys, lay out
input, and more conversation with Miller's, Lisa Merrick, Eve Shrenk,
and Laura Hill.
Our bid was accepted in
June, carpet was ordered after many samples were discussed.
We provided 10,000 sq. ft of carpet. Installation was over a
two day period. With aprox. 60 man hours of labor. We
covered 4 major passage ways: 12x100, 21x210, 12x105 and
several sets of steps and stages. We also provided
stanchions ropes, dressing room equipment: china, linens,
flatware, plate covers, bar stools, tables, chairs, coat
racks, and various party ware.
